Brooks left Members three takeaway points. First - the income equality the government wishes to extend will not breed happiness, but opportunity equality can. Second - the government should do more to establish an equality of opportunities in which free markets allow anyone to start their own business. Last - he stressed the validity of lowering taxes on people who create value. By rewarding the most innovative ideas, we can create conditions in which young people can live their dreams.
