Collection of information
We collect information from you when you subscribe to our ENEWS, make a contribution, take a survey, RSVP to a program or log in to the "Members Only" section.

Any Member may make changes to their profiles online by contacting Gen Next Headquarters with their requested changes. Gen Next will make the changes within 30 days. Members can opt out of showcasing their profiles or information on the Gen Next website. They must submit notice to opt out in writing.

We are in Compliance with all the requirements of COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act); therefore we do not collect any information from children under the age of 13.
Our website, organization, programs and special projects are directed at individuals above the age of 13.
