Jordan M. Spiegel (Executive Committee Member, Orange County) is Managing Partner of Spiegel Partners, a Dana Point California based private equity sponsor. Prior to Spiegel Partners, Mr. Spiegel was a founding partner of GESD Capital Partners, a San Francisco based private equity firm. Prior to that time, Mr. Spiegel served in various executive positions, including as Executive Vice President of Laffer Associates, an economic research and corporate finance advisory firm, and as a securities analyst with Crowell, Weedon & Co, a southern California based brokerage firm. He currently serves on the board of directors of Bankserv, an electronic payments firm which provides banks and businesses with money transfer and payments technology. He is also on the board of directors of Reply, Inc., an auction marketplace for online locally targeted marketing, and serves as Chair of its compensation committee and is a member of its audit committee. Mr. Spiegel holds a B.A. in cultural anthropology from the University of Southern California and participated in the university’s general education honors program. Mr. Spiegel has a M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
