Darren joined Merrill Lynch's Private Banking & Investment Group in June 2008 after spending 9 years at Goldman Sachs in the Private Wealth Management Division. Darren & his team advise some of the most affluent & prominent families, business owners and institutions in the Southwestern United States. His clients include private business owners in a variety of industries, public company executives, foundations, families with multi-generational wealth & entrepreneurs who have sold their companies. He focuses on delivering wealth management solutions ranging from asset allocation & portfolio management to private banking & inter-generational wealth planning.
Darren graduated from Brigham Young University, where he earned a B.A. degree in English and a minor in Economics. He received an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He is actively involved as a member of the community with various organizations including the New Majority. Residing in Irvine, California, Darren and his wife Kym have been married over 12 years and have five children.
