Hirad Emadi is Co-Founder and President of Innovative Construction Solutions (ICS), a general engineering contractor with hazardous waste licenses and endorsements. ICS provides soil and groundwater remediation, facility decommissioning, demolition and general construction services for projects complicated by environmental, regulatory, and other related issues. ICS' services cover the entire state of California from two offices located in Westminster and Hayward.
Hirad is a licensed professional civil engineer, registered in the State of California (February 1998). He earned his Civil Engineering degree from University of California in Irvine (UCI) in 1992. Hirad began his professional career as an associate engineer at McLaren/Hart, a leading environmental consulting/engineering firm. Upon 8 years of service, Hirad left McLaren/Hart as a Senior Engineer to establish ICS. Altogether, Hirad has over 16 years of engineering, remediation, environmental construction and project management experience, including significant contributions to some of the largest remediation projects in California involving impacted soil and groundwater. He has taken a lead role in projects ranging from underground storage tank closures to complex Superfund remediation projects, and has developed and implemented closure plans for several major hazardous waste sites.
Hirad is married to Reesa Emadi with two children Darah and Arya Emadi. He enjoys golfing, snowboarding, poker, running his business and hanging out with his family.
