Founded in 2002, Empyrean Funding is a boutique mortgage banking company that assists clients in structuring debt, mezzanine and equity financing required to acquire, stabilize and develop all types of commercial and residential real-estate.
Jacob manages a large commercial real estate and mortgage portfolio consisting of apartment buildings, shopping centers, office buildings and industrial properties. As a veteran of the business for nearly 20 years, his expertise has led to publications of his work throughout California. He has also been the guest speaker and motivational speaker for business organizations, real estate offices and community educational programs.
