For nearly two decades, Steven G. Economos has been a leader in the commercial real estate sector and a sought-after expert in the sales of office buildings, in particular. In fact, Economos and his team, which includes Geoff DeWolf and Ethan Jacobs, are Orange County’s #1 sellers of office buildings and #4 in office building sales volume for all of Southern California.
Economos and his team bring their industry-leading talents and impressive sales achievements to 360 Commercial Partners, where Economos serves as Director of the firm’s Office Advisory Group. In this role, he is charged with developing the company’s office practice, focusing on best-in-class representation of building owners and buyers throughout the region.
Prior to joining 360 Commercial Partners, Economos was senior vice president of the Economos Group at NAI Capital’s Orange County office, which he co-founded in 1999. While there, he led the firm’s Global Investment Council and was named Broker of the Year twice.
In 2005, Economos was voted a “Top 40 Under 40" professional by Real Estate Southern California Magazine and is currently on the Board of Advisors at Chapman University’s Institute for Real Estate. He began his noteworthy career in 1993 at Grubb & Ellis, Newport Beach.
Economos is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and holds his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation from the California Association of Realtors. In addition, he co-founded and sits on the executive committee of the Building Block Foundation Fund and serves on the board of the Newport Sports Museum. Economos earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate from Arizona State University. He resides in Coto de Caza with his wife and four children and is a two-time Ironman Triathlon finisher.
