Matt Davis is an Associate at Guardian Commercial Realty, a leading Tenant Representation firm which exclusively represents companies seeking to lease, renew or purchase commercial office, retail and industrial space. Guardian focuses on reducing its client's occupancy costs while mitigating the myriad of risks associated with signing a commercial lease. Matt is responsible for transactional services such as financial analysis, market due diligence, dispositions, and lease negotiations and contributes significantly to the company's business development efforts. He has played an integral role in completing transactions on behalf of clients such as University of Phoenix, Goldman Magdalin & Krikes, LLP, 1st Enterprise Bank, Prospect Mortgage, and InterDent, Inc.
Matt received a B.S. in Finance from Pepperdine University where he served as president of his class, hosted a late night television show and weekly radio broadcast, and competed on the debate team. He currently serves as Vice President of the Pepperdine Alumni Association.
Matt lives in Santa Monica and his hobbies include traveling, writing, Krav Maga and stand-up comedy.
