Alex Nehorai (Regional Executive Committee Member of Gen Next) is Chairman and CEO of American Supply Company, Inc., a packaging distribution company based in Los Angeles. American Supply Company is the leading distributor of packaging materials to garment manufacturers who supply major retailers such as Wal-Mart, K-Mart, JC Penny, and Federated Dept. Stores.
In 2000, he founded Sterling Capital, a Real Estate Investment Company. Sterling Capital is a nationally diversified investment company whose holdings include 1200 units of Multi-Family Residential, about 5 Million Sq. Ft. of Retail Shopping Centers and Shopping Malls, over 500 beach front hotel rooms, and about 1.2 Million Sq. Ft. of Office and Medical space. Recently, Sterling Capital has expanded outside of Real Estate by providing capital for young entrepreneurs who have started companies but are looking to grow and expand their businesses.
Alex was one of the winners of the Businessman of the Year Award for the State of California in 2003 and currently serves on the President's Business Advisory Board Council.
Always active in the community, he gives back by strongly supporting philanthropic and charitable causes. He serves on the Board of several non-profit organizations like museums and financial institutions.
Alex is a graduate from The Entrepreneur Program at the University of Southern California. He is happily married with three children and resides in Beverly Hills, California.
