Sam Auriemma has been involved in the exponential growth and sales of five companies in his career, including a $1.6 billion dollar sale to IBM. Most recently he was the Executive Vice President and CFO of MSC Software, which was recently sold for $400 million to a private equity fund. He has completed over 25 acquisitions and divestitures in excess of $1.5 billion dollars, restructured and refinanced international debt transactions and secured multiple bank financings., among many other things. He is an alumni of USC, and currently sits on three boards, most notably as the Chairman for Choc Foundation. Sam lives in Newport Beach, CA with his wife and 4 kids.
