As a founding partner of Alpine Pacific Capital, Gerik Degner (Regional Board Member, Gen Next Orange County) is active in all aspects of the firm's operations. Prior to Alpine Pacific, Mr. Degner was a Managing Director at Waveland Capital Group where he led corporate finance and private equity investing activities. Previously, Mr. Degner worked with Charterhouse Group as an Advisor responsible for directing transaction and execution support as well as cultivating and maintaining relationships with conventional and alternative deal sources, management teams and service providers. Prior to Charterhouse, Mr. Degner founded and managed a private equity fund focused on lower middle market companies. He is a member of the CFA Institute, the Orange County Society of Investment Managers and GenNext. He currently serves on the board of H2X, LLC, VillageEDOCS (OCTBB: VEDO), POS Network Technologies, Inc. and the Orange County Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth. Mr. Degner holds a B.A. in Psychology with an emphasis in Pre-Medicine from the University of Colorado, Boulder and is a CFA Charterholder.
