Keith B. Jones
Keith B. Jones, the grandson of company founder Evan V. Jones, oversees Ace Parking with over 450 locations coast-to-coast. As Managing Principal responsible for corporate vision and strategy, business development, finances and operations since 2004, Keith has grown the business to over $350 million in annual revenue, making it the nation’s premier parking company. Keith has successfully established Ace Parking as the industry's leading innovator in technology, operations & exceptional service. Despite a deep national recession, Keith has leveraged the company's financial strength to drive steady expansion into new markets and regions across the nation, positioning Ace to meet the growing needs of clients and to lead the parking industry into a new era. As the third generation of Jones to build the business, he is also the living embodiment of the Ace story and all that it stands for. From the beginning, Ace was built on twin values of delivering the highest standards of professionalism and service and maintaining a San Diego tradition of neighbor helping neighbor - whatever it takes. In fact, this very ethic is the foundation of Ace Parking's motto: Every Thank You Earned. Keith, himself, sets the example every day. Never averse to rolling up his sleeves, he's been known to answer a client email at 3:00 AM, work with new hires or even "mystery shop" Ace lots to make sure everything is as it should be. Utterly approachable, every Ace client has direct access to Keith, as does every Ace team member.
Keith has seemingly unlimited time not only for the parking business, but also for several prominent boards and charitable groups. Keith serves as the Chairman of the Downtown San Diego Partnership, on the Executive Committee & Board of the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce, on the Board of Directors of St. Vincent de Paul Village in San Diego, and as a Regional Executive Committee member of GenNext. Keith is also a member of Young Presidents Organization (YPO), is the co-founder of the Herb Klein Leadership Roundtable, and serves on the Board of Directors for the San Diego Police Foundation, the Sharp Healthcare Advisory Board, and icPurple.
Building upon the on-the-job-training he received while growing up in the family business and prior to taking the helm of the company, Keith attended New York University and earned a B.A. in Philosophy and a Minor in Business.
