Lawrence graduated from Pepperdine University with a bachelor degree in Business Administration and a MBA from California Baptist University. He also holds Certificates in Interior Design and Real Estate Investments from UCLA. For the past eight years he has been actively involved with purchasing and selling single family homes and rehabbed properties.
Lawrence has worked as an interior designer for prominent design and architecture firms such as Hirsch Bedner Associates and WWCOT in the past. Most recently, he has worked as a financial analyst for a commercial real estate firm, Charles Dunn Company, while continuing to invest in rehabbed and income-producing properties.
As an avid entrepreneur, Lawrence is also involved with other ventures such as restaurant/bars, custom carbon fiber car parts, and online therapy. In 2009, Lawrence and 3 other partners have created a Japanese company, Ocean Food Creates (OFC). Currently, OFC owns and operates 3 restaurant/bars located in Odaiba, Omotesando , and Hachiōji City. Lawrence is also a partner in Status Elite, a carbon fiber company that specializes in high performance auto body parts. Lastly, Lawrence and two other partners have launched an online therapy website, TherapyRoad.com, in March, 2009. TherapyRoad is a platform where therapists and advice-seekers can communicate via Instant Messaging (IM), Video Mails, E-mails, and potentially Video Conferencing.
In his leisure time, Lawrence enjoys playing golf and beach volleyball. He also enjoys training for marathons, and he is looking forward to compete in his first triathlon next year.
