Erin Preuss
Regional Director, Los Angeles
Erin began her career at DreamWorks SKG where she worked in the field marketing and the national publicity department. While at DreamWorks, Erin planned large events such as movie premieres, press junkets and promotional screenings, and learned how to thrive in the Los Angeles professional and social environment.
After leaving DreamWorks, Erin began a six year career at her alma mater, the University of Southern California where she worked in alumni relations, development, student services and public relations. Over the course of her career at USC, Erin was responsible for a wide variety of duties including forming national alumni clubs, producing away-game football tailgates and pep rallies for the nationally ranked USC Trojans, hosting recruiting and alumni functions, and directing development campaigns that fostered relationships through special events and public relations. She also played a role in bringing USC’s massive annual Homecoming and Commencement festivities to fruition.
Given her combined communications and events expertise, Erin is a natural fit for Gen Next. In her free time, she enjoys assisting nonprofits with recruiting volunteers, fundraising and collecting items for auctions. Erin has a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and a Master's degree in Communication Management from The University of Southern California.
