David Lugliani splits his time between Portland Oregon real estate ventures and Hollywood California movie making. David has been developing land in Washington State since 1992. He is the principal developer specifically responsible for all aspects of the projects including land acquisition, feasibility analysis, entitlement, development and sales. Past projects include over 1,000 residential lots, 100 acre industrial headquarters, 300 homes, resort and commercial developments. In 2001 David sold his homebuilding operations and residential holdings to DR Horton. For the last 8 years Dave has engaged in land development projects including commercial, industrial and residential in Washington and Oregon. He is currently an investor / advisor in several companies: 1.) Seven Star Pictures is an independent film production company developing both big budget and low budget films. 2.) 4 K Color is a film equipment, post production, and film screening company that specializes in services on independent films. 3.)Galleria Homes is a regional home building company focused on real estate development, single family housing, throughout the Portland Metro. 4.) Conti Capital is a real estate investment company acquiring commercial, industrial, storage, and other income producing properties. 5.) Little Trail Resorts is a targeted development company focused on hotel condo development on Mt Hood, Oregon. 6.) The Carl Group Real Estate is a brokerage firm specializing in relocation and reo properties. 8.) Cashflow Partners LLC is a commercial lender providing mezzanine debt structures. Current development projects include a 200 unit hotel condo resort project on Mt Hood, Oregon and large scale commercial development in Camas Washington.
David has been involved in political campaigns and corporate recruitment in Washington as well. Recent accomplishments: Acting as regional finance chair for Dino Rossi gubernatorial campaign in 2008 (raising 10% of statewide budget) and attracting Fisher Investment Corporate headquarters to Camas Washington.
Dave has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance from the University of Southern California. He resides in Palos Verdes Estates, California with his wife and four children. Hobbies include trying to keep up with his four children, rollerblading and skiing.
