Manuel has been President/CEO since 1993.

He has experience in auditing and consulting with financial agencies, governmental institutions, healthcare providers, publicly traded companies, real estate developers, non-profit organizations, and privately held enterprises. The company has received extensive notoriety for its quality service and responsiveness in national magazines, local newspapers and business journals.

In addition to his extensive financial, accounting and auditing experience, he has specialized experience in taxation and business consulting and possesses a Masters of Science in Tax Law and has achieved Diplomat of the American Board of Forensic Accountants status.
